How do I start?
You select your furniture, sign a lease and we will deliver. You can visit our showroom and view our
in-house catalogues where we have a more comprehensive range of items available for rent.
Can I rent only a couple of items?
Yes, you can. Be it for the entire house or for just a bedroom. We are completely flexible
when it comes to inventories.
How fast can you deliver?
Please allow at least 3 working days advance notice. During peak period, a couple more days
is usually required.
Can EFR deliver my furniture before I arrive?
Yes. If there is an authorized party to receive the furniture for you, we can have your
furniture delivered a few days prior to your arrival.
Do you install the rental furniture? Or do we do it ourselves?
EFR's friendly and experienced delivery team will unpack and install all items of furniture.
Pieces will be arranged in the respective rooms; TVs and stereos will be connected and tuned
to the respective channels. Bed-linen sets are flat-laid. All rubbish will be removed from
Can I add in more items after my lease has started?
Yes. Once the additional items are decided and changes are agreed upon written confirmation,
we will deliver.
Can I extend my contract if I want to?
Upon lease expiration you have the option to extend your furniture rental contract on a monthly
basis or renew for another period at a discounted rate.
What if I have to terminate my contract before the agreed
minimum rental period?
[For Long-Term rental] If you terminate your contract prior to the agreed minimum rental period, you are still required to pay the balance of the rental repayments for the minimum rental period - fulfilling the diplomatic clause.
[For Short-Term rental] All short-term rentals are applicable on a minimum charge of one month; renewable on monthly basis.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
[For Long-Term rental] We do require a security deposit. However, the deposit is refundable upon lease termination. No deductions will be made against normal fair wear and tear.
[For Short-Term rental] No deposit is required.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made by way of cash, cheque or GIRO.
