For short term rental, the design and colour of the furniture will be chosen by our team and subjected to warehouse availability. Please rest assured that the furniture will be clean and in good working condition. We hope you understand that you are unable to select the design and colour for short-term rentals. We can send you some sample photos of the range of furniture so you have a better idea of what to expect. Please feel free to get in touch with us.

Kindly allow at least 7 working days’ lead time for the preparation of furniture.

Transportation charges are waived for long-term rentals (6 months and above).

For short-term rental (minimum period of 1 month), transportation is chargeable at minimum $300.00 to $750.00 (deliver & collect) subject to the quantity of items/location and whether climbing of stairs are required.

If subsequent delivery/collection trips are requested by the customer, a minimum charge of $150/trip is chargeable.

Prevailing GST applies to these rates.

Yes, there will be a 2-month deposit required.

Fabrication of furniture may take up to 4 to 6 weeks, but fret not, we will provide temporary essential furniture at no additional cost, while you wait for your newly fabricated furniture to be ready.

We have brand new and ex-rental (previously leased) furniture available for your selection.

Our showroom features a wide range of furniture, from Balinese Teakwood to Modern Contemporary. Brand new furniture can be selected from our in-house selections on display or the catalogues. Extensive range of fabric and leather choices are also available in-house.

As part of our Go Green campaign, we highly encourage our customers to consider renting ex-rental furniture. Even renting just one ex-rental item is good enough to help save our Earth. Do your part and support our Go Green Initiative! Let’s try to make Earth a better place for everyone – together.

We also offer rental of home appliances (such as TV, sound system, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker etc.)

Customers will need to sign the long-term furniture rental agreement. You may view our sample rental agreements below:

If the lease is signed under your personal account, we will also need you to provide copies of the following documentations. These will not be required if the lease is signed under your company or landlord’s name.

1. Employment Pass with at least 6 months validity
2. Passport
3. Letter of Appointment (reflecting salary), or Proof of Income (Latest payslip, Income Tax, Notice of Assessment, etc.)
4. Tenancy Agreement

The monthly rental rates in our online store are based on:

• 1-year lease with a diplomatic clause of 6+2, and
• 2-year lease with a diplomatic clause of 12+2

You can select the rental period (1 or 2 years) from the shopping cart before check-out.

For lease periods or diplomatic clauses other than the above, please contact our designers for assistance

For a 1-year lease with a diplomatic clause of 6+2, you may terminate the lease after the 6^th month by giving us 2 months’ notice. Hence, the minimum hiring period you have to fulfil is 8 months.

For a 2-year lease with a diplomatic clause of 12+2, you may terminate the lease after the 12^th month by giving us 2 months’ notice. Hence, the minimum hiring period you have to fulfil is 14 months.

In the event that you have to leave before the minimum hiring period, collection of furniture can be done earlier. However, the hirer still has to fulfil the remaining months of rental.

Yes. A lease can be extended or renewed based on your preferred lease term.

Yes. You may add on furniture after the commencement of the lease. The monthly rental of the additional furniture will be calculated and you will be advised accordingly.

We are unable to cancel the item once the furniture has been confirmed and ordered. You may wish to return the item to us; however, there will be no adjustment to the monthly rental. Alternatively, you may exchange your item with other ex-rental (previously leased) items.

Yes, we do. Our friendly and experienced in-house designers will be able to assist you with the setup and provide suggestions for your apartment layout.

For rental items that break down (except for intentional damage), we will assist in repairing or replacing them with another ex-rental (previously leased) piece. For appliances, we will first contact the relevant service centre for troubleshooting. If they fail to resolve it, we will then assist you in replacing damaged items with another ex-rental piece.

Yes, it is possible. Contact our friendly designers and we may be able to advise you on which retailers carry your preferred range of furniture. You may refer to our list of partnering retailers here. If you are interested in renting any products from our partner’s shops, please get in touch with our designers for a quote.

Deposit will be refunded typically within 2 to 4 weeks after the lease expiry, once all the furniture has been collected back and there are no outstanding matters/invoices.

The minimum lease period is one month. For example, if you only need the furniture for 2 weeks, we will be able to arrange our furniture collection after 2 weeks. However, you will still need to fulfill the minimum 1 month’s rental cost.

Yes, the minimum rental cost of one month and subsequent months will be pro-rated according to the number of days used.

The design and colour of the furniture will be chosen by our team and subjected to warehouse availability. Please rest assured that the furniture will be clean and in good working condition. We hope you understand that you are unable to select the design and colour for short-term rentals.
