Terms & Conditions

  1. No deposit required!
  2. Prices are indicative and will be subjected to the size of the unit, quantity of furniture & accessories required. Our designers will quote you after reviewing the floor plan etc.
  3. Transportation (for delivery & collection) may be chargeable depending on the quantity of items, location and whether climbing of stairs are required.
  4. Upon confirmation, payment shall be received prior to delivery.
  5. Furniture are carefully selected based on the designer’s choice and are subjected to warehouse availability. Thus, no personal selection of furniture and accessories will be necessary.
  6. Minimum of one-month rental shall be applicable.
  7. Rental shall be pro-rated according to the number of days used from 2nd month onwards, applicable for Package 2.
  8. The hirer has to apply for the delivery & collection directly with the condominium MCST. In the event that the condominium management charges any refundable deposit or non-refundable fee for delivery and/or collection, such fee shall be borne by the hirer/customer and payable directly to the MCST.
  9. Promotional packages shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
