The PROCESS
After finalising the selection of furniture, the customer signs the furniture rental agreement and makes the initial payment.
EFR places the order of the furniture and our designer will get in touch to schedule the delivery.
If the furniture is not yet ready, EFR will provide complimentary temporary furniture while the customer waits.
As part of quality customer service, EFR covers warranty and repairs of furniture & appliances during the leasing period.
EFR collects the furniture at the end of the lease. Alternatively, customers can also renew the lease for another period at a discounted rate or purchase the furniture.
